Do you ship internationally?

I have received my tracking number, but no data has been recorded yet?

When your order is shipped, we electronically transmit the order data to the parcel service. However, the first scan of your shipment only occurs when it is processed at the parcel center. From this point on, the parcel service records your shipment's data, which allows you to track it.

This usually happens on the evening of the shipping day but can take up to 24 hours. Therefore, we ask for your patience in these cases.

If 24 hours have passed since you received the tracking number and the shipment has still not been processed at the parcel center, please contact us by email—we would be happy to help. You can find additional contact options here.

Can I pick up my order?

No, we don't offer direct pickups from our warehouse.

How will the goods be delivered?

We quickly and reliably ship small items, such as electrical components, tools, small household appliances, etc., via parcel service.

Can I track the shipment online?

You will receive a shipping notification from us as soon as your goods leave our logistics center and are handed over to the parcel service or freight forwarder.

For shipments sent via parcel service, you will receive a separate email in the evening with a tracking number that you can use to track the shipment online.

Unfortunately, tracking is not possible for shipments sent via freight forwarder. However, the freight forwarder will contact you by phone or email to arrange the exact delivery time.
